The Soul Canvas (sequel)

Araceli finds her soul connected to a painting that her boyfriend, Alvaro, discovers in a pop-up gallery. Once she realizes the pull it has on her, she seeks out the artist hoping to get answers with no luck. The urgency increases when the canvas begins secreting oil, and it starts sucking her into visions.

While she's investigating her connection to the canvas and tracking down the artist, she gets roped into a heist for an ancient artifact. She relishes in the rush of danger and has to make a decision whether she wants a predictable and comfortable life with her boyfriend, or a life of excitement and risk.
